We do see you are using one computer. Update all of your installations of Sierra Chart following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update That should resolve the problem, if not let us know and we will give you the next step. But the next step would be to make sure you do not have more than two or three instances of Sierra Chart using the Denali Data Feed on the same computer. To do that, set this to No for the other instances: Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to No. If you have changed this setting, then reconnect to the data feed after by selecting 'File >> Reconnect".
