Hello ! My issue isn't resolved yet. I did everything I could. I need help. There is still a problem with my orders between rithmic and Sierra. I cannot trade. I'd like a remote assistance to be sure it's not a problem with Sierra. Rithmic and TickTick can not help me. Thank you |

We need more information on what exactly is occurring. Also, if you are placing trades but they are not going through, then open your Trade >> Trade Service Log and copy and paste the information from there into this thread for us to see what it states. Salut ! J'ai lu ce que vous m'avez dit de lire mais ça ne m'aide pas à régler mon problème. J'aimerais que quelqu'un regarde avec teamviewer mon PC et les réglages ou anomalies dans Sierra afin que je puisse enfin faire autre chose que d'essayer de régler ce problèmes d'ordres qui ne répondent pas. Cela fait presque 2 semaines que je suis coincé sans trouver la cause. Merci pour votre patience. |

Thank you. Here is the file for today. Trading the SP500 Account TTTC12689 3 bracket orders at 20h37 CET+1 Internal Orders ID : 33950 canceled 33951 canceled 33949 pending open 33953 canceled 33954 canceled 33952 pending open 33956 canceled 33957 canceled 33955 pending open I cannot delete theses orders. There is a connexion issue between Rithmic and Sierra. These orders are also in Rithmic and from there I cannot delete them either. I asked TickTick and Rithmic but they don't know what to do. Tick Tick tells me it's a gateway issue between sierra and Rithmic and the problem comes from Sierra. What do you want me to do now ? adding 20$ in my account ? From Rithmic: I looked at this order and it is stuck in pending open state. It looks like the user is trying a Good Till Date(GTD) type order which seems to be causing some issues.
