After you select Rithmic for the Current Selected Service you need to select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings window and then open it again. This is covered in Step #8 of the Setup Instructions for Rithmic here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Sometimes you have to go through that process more than once because the Rithmic server does not provide the addresses. Just try again until you get the addresses from Rithmic.

If you are running Sierra Chart on 2 different computers and trying to get data to both of them from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then this will not work, as you are only setup to get data to one system at a time. If you want to get real-time data to both computers at the same time, then refer to these instructions (note that the cost is a second fee for the exchange(s) you have active): Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously If, instead, you just want to have delayed streaming data to your second computer, then in the Data/Trade Service Settings window set your Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services and then set Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

1)To clarify, at the moment i am subscribed to CQG top of the order book data, and Denali Exchange data feed. Currently i am using CQG data feed and routing trades thru there. But not using Denali data feed why cant I use this connection on computer 2. 2) Perhaps this will be answered with above question, if I am doing a combine that is providing CQG connection I should be able use that on computer 2, correct? Thanks in advance. |

1) Since you are signed up to get data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, the only way to override that is to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. Otherwise, if this is set to Yes, then the systems will look to get the data from the Denali feed, in which case you can only have 1 connection at a time. But, even if you are not using the Denali data, then you may still have an issue with trying to connect to CQG data with more than one system at a time. We are not fully understanding your setup, so we can not say for sure, you would need to check with your broker/data provider. 2) See above. --- You have us a bit confused by the fact that you have the Denali data setup, but it sounds like you are not using it. Can you please let us know how you are setup on each of the systems to get data. Also, if you can get us your Message Log from the system that is not working properly by following these instructions, then we can probably see the issue: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. OK, Currently i am getting Denali Data Feed and subscribed CQG data feed, but on computer 1 i am using CQG data feed to allow me to trade. On Computer 2 i want to use Denali data feed since i am not using on computer 1. Is that possible? In order to use on 2 computer i need to select to 2 computer and pay the data fee to get live data feed trading option on both computer is that correct? |

Thank you for the clarification. What you are doing will work fine. On the first computer where you want to get CQG data, you need to ensure that the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to No, otherwise you will get the Denali data to that system and then you would end up with a conflict between the systems if they are both trying to get the data at the same time. Given this setup, you do not need to pay for the exchange fee twice to us. But you are paying for it twice already - once to CQG and once to us. Given this, we would really recommend using the Denali data on both systems, as you will not be able to get historical data from CQG. Refer to the information at the second bullet point here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2351 For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

per the rec above with CQG selected on current selected service on computer 1 and computer 2 Denali data feed with Yes under "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". 2)After reading the "what is new" can i use Teton order routing now? and remove CQG data/trading service and be able to use it on both of my computer? i.e to get Denali data feed on both computer without CQG is it possible and use Teton order routing. |

On Computer 1 (CQG) is "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "No" (which it needs to be)? 2) Yes, you can use the Teton Order Routing, but it is still only available through brokers listed at step #2 of the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

for computer 2 to get live data feed i need to select 2 computer under data selection and the additional CQG exchange fees?. Currently on Computer 1 with CQG and Computers 2 with SC denali data service when selecting YES "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" no feed comes but with NO i get delayed feed. I will need to ask AMP about the TEton order routing as it states it is upcoming.. To be clear why cant i only get live Denali data feed on computer 2 without need CQG exchange ( I guess I am bit confuse with configuration). |

Computer 1: - Current Selected Service: CQG - Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds: No Computer 2: - Current Selected Service: SC Data - All Services (or CQG) - Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds: Yes -------- If you still have trouble after you have it setup as above, then get us the Message Log from the system that is having the issue and let us know which computer it is. Which computer is giving that error? Also, just to be sure, exit from Sierra Chart on both systems and then start it up again on both systems. We just want to make sure there is not a random connection still "hanging around". Hi John, how can i set different scroll setting for different chart book. Please advise. Thanks, |

In general, there is not a way to set scroll settings per chart. These items are Global to all charts in all chartbooks. Refer to the global settings here: General Settings Window: Scroll (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI) But we are curious if there is something specific you are asking about that may not be related to the scroll wheel, but something else? So i am using chart dom but i can't scroll up and down the price ladder easily without manually dragging it. I wanted easier way of doing it without effecting other charts that i am happy with.
