If you are running Sierra Chart on 2 different computers and trying to get data to both of them from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then this will not work, as you are only setup to get data to one system at a time. If you want to get real-time data to both computers at the same time, then refer to these instructions (note that the cost is a second fee for the exchange(s) you have active): Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously If, instead, you just want to have delayed streaming data to your second computer, then in the Data/Trade Service Settings window set your Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services and then set Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
