In general, there is not a way to set scroll settings per chart. These items are Global to all charts in all chartbooks. Refer to the global settings here: General Settings Window: Scroll (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI) But we are curious if there is something specific you are asking about that may not be related to the scroll wheel, but something else?
