after a two day hiatus I sarted ny chaetboobc onsisting of the 1 and 5mt charts of the emini. The 1 mt chart loaded anormally as usual and 5 mt chartloaded its header in region 3but its correspondingOK macd in region 3 did not print as it usually does.its headind shows the usual macd request ie 5m macdid3 etc but no macd printing.
its scale column is blank with the letters NaN printed on top of its region3 . tried restarting to no avail. What does the NaN marking mean at he top of region 3? I surmise it is an error indicator but could not find any errors in my post.
any guidance as to what the NaN error means and how it could be sesolved would be apreciated.

Provide an image of the chart or Trade DOM which shows this, by following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/PostingInformation.php#Image

Usually NaN is caused by a division by zero error.

To get us a screenshot just have the chart for which you want to send the image as the active chart, then select Edit >> Screen Images >> Upload Chart with Overlays.

After a couple of seconds, you will get a pop-up message asking if you want to copy the link to the image, say yes, then log into this Support Board and start a response to this ticket and paste that link into the response. We will be able to see the image from that.

Yes, we see the image, but we are not sure what is happening. We have passed this to the Senior Engineer to take a look and see if he has any insight as to why you are getting what you are.

We cannot use that screenshot. It is too complicated.

You need to remove all studies from the chart. Put only the one study in question, and provide a single chart, following these instructions:

Over the weekend, Saturday morning, I decided to sitdown and seriously study my charts and alert manager
I found out that may aalert maanager was showing many errors in my 1mt and 5 mt charts.
I sudtdied thesea alerts one BY one and found out that these alerts were based on indiators that I had deleted previouly (insdvertentlt disregating)the efect these had on other studies dependent on these indicators I had deleted.
This action reduced the number of alerts I had in my alert manager significantly.
Subsequently I deleted oher erors dependent on the sudies I Had deleted.
and so on in the one minute and 5 minute panels until my alert maneger showed no more errors in my one and five minutes panels. and I was able to print the macd in my 5 minute panel that originated all this issue.
I would like therefore to apologise for all the trouble and aggravation that my original post my have raised.
My only reseration to the above,as I mentioned , all this is happening Saturday norning with no data feed.
I will recheck Sunday evening and report again when the data feed resumes,
Oncw aain I would like to apologise for your trouble and inconveniece and help and would like to thank you again for your hep on this matter, prematurely, and hoping it would be the same when the data feed resumes.
