To get us a screenshot just have the chart for which you want to send the image as the active chart, then select Edit >> Screen Images >> Upload Chart with Overlays. After a couple of seconds, you will get a pop-up message asking if you want to copy the link to the image, say yes, then log into this Support Board and start a response to this ticket and paste that link into the response.
