I tried following the instructions in the link you provided but I'm getting lost in the references and subreferences referred in these instructions. would it be possible to iniitiate a remote assistance call to see my chart and addressing the problem I related? my phone is 904 272-3407 and im available anytime from 8-5 et. except lunch timr 1-2 pm et. thank you ps I even printed these instructions to study them at ease, to no avail.and most likely I would be in the 50% unsuccessful perentile in the answer I would submit.
