You need to contact your broker about this. For now to access delayed market data, set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data-All Services. no you dont understand the problem. i want realtime data i got it yesterday. then amp broke my connection dont know why. I wrote em they connected me and now its the part of sierra said amp that they give me the allow i can see realtime data

That message is telling us that they did not set you up for the data from CQG when they enabled your account (or at least not for the exchange for that particular symbol). We are sorry to have to tell you to go back to AMP, but you need to let them know that you are not getting the data from CQG and make sure your account is setup to get the data.
