You need to contact your broker about this. For now to access delayed market data, set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data-All Services.

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks with this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service ( Translate Symbols To Current Service)
