Do you still have a trading account with AMP?

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

why are all my other products from the cme real time? I have two accounts....but it appearts my sub account has the funds noit the main....this was done by Amp because I needed 2 data vendors for MBO

They should not be. You should not be getting any real-time data from us. Our best guess is that you are now getting the real-time data from CQG, and perhaps you are only getting data from the CME Exchange, where GC is on the COMEX Exchange.

Nonetheless the answer is the same, you need to connect to your CQG account (it should be the same regardless of your AMP accounts) in order to verify your non-professional status for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Follow these instructions for connecting once a month to your trading service:

At step #3 of the above, you will follow these instructions to connect to your CQG account:

i am confused to the instructions... at the following step

"Set the Service setting to your Trading service. Refer to the Supported Data and Trading Services section for links to complete instructions for connecting to each of the supported Trading services. Make sure you are connecting Sierra Chart to your live Trading account."

I am on Denali and do not see denali please advise

Denali is just a data feed, not a trading service. If you are with AMP, then your trading service would be CQG. You would then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:

so it appears i am using rhithmic but they have it being charged to a sub account so i assume that is a problem for SC...please advise

No, that is not an issue.

First, check and see if you can use the new Rithmic connectivity to Sierra Chart. Rithmic has just put this out, but we do not know if they have opened it up for general use yet or not. Hopefully AMP will know, but they will probably have to get with Rithmic to find out.

If you can use the new interface, then you will follow these Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to that Rithmic account:

That is very frustrating, as this is not really about Sierra Chart, but about Rithmic.

Here is what we will do, we will try to connect to the new Rithmic connection and see how it goes.

The first thing you need to do is to update your Sierra Chart to the latest Pre-Release, as there are some changes for Rithmic that you would need in that version. To do this, follow these instructions (at step #2 be sure you select Help >> Download Pre-Release):

Then follow these instructions to get your Sierra Chart connected to the new Rithmic interface:

Let us know when you have this complete and whether you are getting your real-time data or not.

Rhitmic DTC - I dont see a server like in the example picture - ie Rhithmic 01-Chicago Area Non-Aggregated

You need to select a Server in that field that states Server. Just click in the area to the right to bring up the list. If the list is empty, then select OK to close that window, wait 10 seconds, then go back to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and select that Server list again and it should have the options in it.

Truthfully, we do not know. That is what we were expecting AMP to tell you.

But, it looks like you are in the USA, therefore it will be one of the two Chicago servers.

i am getting the following message

We assume that you have selected one of the Chicago servers. Are you getting Real-Time data (are your charts updating with the current time)?

Did you enter a Username and Password for all 3 items in the list (Trading, Market Data, Historical Data)?
Do you have a different Username/Password pair for the different options, or do you just have the one pair?

The real-time data for the CME Group is now authorized for your account. There is nothing more you need to do. You do not have to connect to Rithmic.

Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data-All Services.

If you want to download the data and then open it in an Excel Spreadsheet, then you should be able to do it by selecting Edit >> Export Bar and Study Data to Text File. Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Export Bar and Study Data to Text File

If you are wanting to get the data into a Sierra Chart Spreadsheet Study, then it should show up automatically, as study data is loaded into the Spreadsheet Study by default. But, this could be turned off, so check the following setting:
Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Include in Spreadsheet

Depending on how the maker of the study set it up, you may not be able to output the data to the spreadsheet study.
