how do i know which server to select?
Truthfully, we do not know. That is what we were expecting AMP to tell you. But, it looks like you are in the USA, therefore it will be one of the two Chicago servers. i am getting the following message

Are you getting Real-Time data (are your charts updating with the current time)? Did you enter a Username and Password for all 3 items in the list (Trading, Market Data, Historical Data)? Do you have a different Username/Password pair for the different options, or do you just have the one pair?
