why are all my other products from the cme real time?
They should not be. You should not be getting any real-time data from us. Our best guess is that you are now getting the real-time data from CQG, and perhaps you are only getting data from the CME Exchange, where GC is on the COMEX Exchange. Nonetheless the answer is the same, you need to connect to your CQG account (it should be the same regardless of your AMP accounts) in order to verify your non-professional status for the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
