candles not moving

Hi, I am in need of your assistance please. I use my laptop as my mobile rig. usually i have had no issues with that. Today It seems to not work and i cannot figure out why. One problem we see is that you have an incorrect symbol. Make sure you chartbooks are open and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Which means that Sierra Chart thinks you are still logged in at another location. If you are certain that you do not have another login elsewhere, then you can try using the Forced Login option on your laptop first. Hi John, thank you for your reply. My settings are set to the CQG Web API. Why is it trying to connect me to SC DATA - All Services? The incorrect symbol problem results from that. As i am loaded for the correct symbol for my order processing through CQG, as that is my only option with Amp futures. Why would my sierra charts want to Load Sierra Chart - All Services even though I am not set to that? (see attachment) p.s.: the force login solved the problem. candles are moving. You are seeing information related to "SC Data - All Services" since you are getting your Real-Time data from us. In this case, it is not a reference to the Service Setting that you have set, it is just the data. The error you are getting with regards to the symbol is the following: Symbol Error - ESH21_FUT_CME is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. That symbol is used with the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. You will probably using that service with AMP prior to the whole situation back in February when AMP stopped support for the service. In any case, the symbol is somewhere in your system, either as a Chart, or in the Quoteboard. It's not a terrible thing, but selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service will change it to the CQG symbol.
