One problem we see is that you have an incorrect symbol. Make sure you chartbooks are open and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. But you are also getting this error: SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2 | 2021-05-18 09:44:47.181
Which means that Sierra Chart thinks you are still logged in at another location. If you are certain that you do not have another login elsewhere, then you can try using the Forced Login option on your laptop first. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login But, if that does not work, then you will need to exit from Sierra Chart on all systems, and then launch Sierra Chart on the other system first using the Forced Login option as well, and then exit completely. Then login again on your laptop using the Forced Login. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
