Issue with Canceling Transact Orders

Hello

I am a Transact User

I am not able to cancel any order through the trading panel or through the trading chart
Once I try to cancel the orders they continue to appear in the chart, while they are correctly canceled in the Transact Dom

I have to refresh trade data from service

I am using V.1924

We realize what the problem could be due to. It could be due to a change with Transact specific client order ID code and the Transact bridge program not operating in a compliant manner. We are looking into this now. Please do not contact Transact.

Hi,
I am also having as issue with v1924 & transact.
First trade of the day - for some reason trade was filled, but SC did not recognize correctly and subsequently did not send attached orders and would not cancel open trade.
Only solution was to open InfinityAT and flatten the trade, by which time price is beyond my stop location.

Please update ASAP on solution to this issue, as I am not happy to trade in the meantime.

In the meantime the solution was to download and install a previous version (1920)
Why you didn't mentioned to adopt this simple temporary solution?

I have just do it, but now it's too late for trading.....

What is described in post #7 may be unrelated to the issue. It might have a completely different cause. (Update: actually we realize it is related to the issue.)

Why you didn't mentioned to adopt this temporary solution?
Because initially we did not believe the issue was on the Sierra Chart side and really the problem is that we think the bridge program is not properly providing the Transact order ID in the order cancellation response .

Hello

I'm still on v.1928 and Transact user . The same thing happened as above in the first post. I did disconnect and reconnect again but no help. If I press FLATTEN button and wait like 30seconds the orders disappear .
