What is described in post #7 may be unrelated to the issue. It might have a completely different cause. (Update: actually we realize it is related to the issue.)

Why you didn't mentioned to adopt this temporary solution?
Because initially we did not believe the issue was on the Sierra Chart side and really the problem is that we think the bridge program is not properly providing the Transact order ID in the order cancellation response .
