I currently use Sierra Charts with my trading in Infinity Futures. I have been paying a monthly fee even though I have suspended, temporarily, my trading with Infinity Futures (Account #**). You have been collecting your fee even though I have not used Sierra Charts for several months. I have now opened an account with Top Step Trader to get more practice, etc. and would like to continue to use the Sierra Charts Platform. How can I do that? Your curt answer to my first question is not supported by my statements. 9/6 - $19.95; 8/6 - $19.95; 7/5 - $19.95; ....... $19.95 was withdrawn from my account each month from my Infinity Futures account, even though I made no trades for 8 or more months. The second answer still does not help. I need to sign in to my Sierra Charts and go to Global Settings, etc and that is what I am unable to do without going into my Infinity Futures account. How do I sign into Sierra Charts (without opening Infinity Futures) to enter the CTS information? |

It is not appropriate to be posting this here. That is billing from Transact/Infinity. That is not billing from us. We need to set the record straight. None of that comes to us. Not a penny. In regards to using CTS or Rithmic, you need to use your own direct account and a standard installation of Sierra Chart.
