Your curt answer to my first question is not supported by my statements. 9/6 - $19.95; 8/6 - $19.95; 7/5 - $19.95; ....... $19.95 was withdrawn from my account each month from my Infinity Futures account, even though I made no trades for 8 or more months. The second answer still does not help. I need to sign in to my Sierra Charts and go to Global Settings, etc and that is what I am unable to do without going into my Infinity Futures account. How do I sign into Sierra Charts (without opening Infinity Futures) to enter the CTS information? |
