I currently use Sierra Charts with my trading in Infinity Futures. I have been paying a monthly fee even though I have suspended, temporarily, my trading with Infinity Futures (Account #**). You have been collecting your fee even though I have not used Sierra Charts for several months. I have now opened an account with Top Step Trader to get more practice, etc. and would like to continue to use the Sierra Charts Platform. How can I do that?
