I have been paying a monthly fee even though I have suspended, temporarily, my trading with Infinity Futures (Account #*). You have been collecting your fee even though I have not used Sierra Charts for several months. This is actually not true. Nothing comes to us in this case. How can I do that? I need to log into Sierra Charts to start my trading with them. They use either CTS or Rithmic.
