Hello! Can i ask, with real time data-feed from CTS (demo) i have "normal" fields in SierraChart: Open=0, High=ASK, Low=BID, Close=LAST but if CTS filling gaps, even for 1 minutes offline - i have only same price at all fields ;( O=H=L=C This situation not same for almost any tickers. From CME - everything OK, from ICE = DX, Sugar etc - OK! Only BRENT and UK GAZ = not ok!! With data-feed from Optimus (demo too) - everythink is ok and for Brent too... I am tested it on several versions of SierraChart, with latest too. Can you comment or even help? Update: CTS for same latter gave a answer: +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "For this issue we would recommend looking at Brent in our platform without Sierra to see if you still experience the issue. We are not aware of any issues on our end, so it seems that this may be a settings issue with Sierra. Thank u for replying! - BRN.20150900.ICE_IC.scid This is ICE - BRENT, at ICE EU Futures - BRN - Brent (IPE) in FindSymbol in SierraChart with CTS connected. Same problem with UK Natural Gas - GWM (IPE) at at ICE EU Futures too - (GWM.20150900.ICE_IC.scid) - but this is not interesting me. Only Brent is REAL problem!!!! This problem is now solved, although the most recent 10 to 15 minutes of historical tick data will be still downloaded from CTS so it will not have bid or ask prices. I have a problem now ;-( On-line data for this ticker - is normal, as it was before 5612, but all off-line - in native brent prices 56.12 !!!! of course, sirrachart doest not showing this correctly! Of course FIRST on-line quotes will brokening the chart becouse prices jumping from 56.12 to 5612 for example. This is in latest 1276 sierrachart too! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-07-23 06:41:57

This problem is now solved. Update the Symbol Settings again as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps After this is done, re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. (i thought u will reading my previous report after 10:00 EST and get ready to have a day without data ;) Can i ask for a stupid question? 15 mins lags with no-bid-ask data will be resolving in a future?
