Hello, Im facing multiple issues with the charts. First the Cumulative Delta disapperared. I did not change anything, I have my Chartbook downloaded and I re downloaded it and its still the same - no cumulative Delta. Second also the VWAP doesnt look like before anymore. Also the DOM, I cannot go up and down with the mouse wheel anymore, the chart keeps moving by itself but I cannot move it with the wheel. THanks |

This is occurring because you are not using the Denali Data Feed anymore. Reactivate the exchange you need at the bottom of the page here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices And then (very important): Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.

ok, when I click on your link Im being redirected then clicking on "reactivate exchange". Clicking on that I see "exchange agreement is not completed" - where can I do that? Is that the issue here?

About the scroll wheel, I works perfectly on every chart, just not on the one DOM

The exchange agreements you need to fill out are at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements You have not completed these properly in the past. In order to be considered a non-professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
