Set your scale to Automatic and then reset the scales. Refer to the following: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Accessing Scale Settings through the Values Scale Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Resetting the Scale If your chart does not properly reset the scales in this case, let us know. With the chart scale reset, then let us know what you are seeing for the Bids and Asks. If you are still having an issue, then please get us another image. Everything looks good to us. Attached is an image of what we see. There is a custom study on this Trading DOM. Please remove that custom study and see if you continue to have the same issue. Looks like the issues might be with Rithmic data feed, but I have "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to Yes. I switched to SC data and have no more issues. |

You are setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so this should not be related to Rithmic. And as long as the setting for "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes", then you definitely are getting the data from us. If you open a new trading DOM for that symbol does it show properly? I was originally using 2 instances to run my DOMs yesterday and it wasn't working on both. I ended up installing a new installation of Sierra last night and the DOM was working fine until I tried to open up a new instance and started having the same issues again. I have since installed another installation of Sierra, and now the DOM is working on one installation and not the other. New trading DOMs are not working properly for NQ - market depth still doesn't show properly and chart re-centering is not working as it should. |

Please open the Market Depth window when you have this issue by selecting "File >> Open Market Depth Window". Let us know if you are seeing the proper Market Depth for that symbol in that window. Are you having this issue in the Main instance (not a sub-instance) at all? If so, then look at the "Market Depth Window" in that main instance and let us know if the market depth is not showing properly in there. I've gone through the documentation. I'm receiving data from the market depth window. I think the issue is with the ask side of the DOM. On the screenshot below, you can see the ask side of the DOM has overlapping numbers all over, which is consistent with what I'm seeing from the market depth window. Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions. Please open a that Trading DOM for NQM5.CME as per the instructions asking to open a single chart to be opened: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is.
