Please open the Market Depth window when you have this issue by selecting "File >> Open Market Depth Window". Let us know if you are seeing the proper Market Depth for that symbol in that window. Are you having this issue in the Main instance (not a sub-instance) at all? If so, then look at the "Market Depth Window" in that main instance and let us know if the market depth is not showing properly in there.
