You are setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so this should not be related to Rithmic. And as long as the setting for "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes", then you definitely are getting the data from us.

If you open a new trading DOM for that symbol does it show properly?
