I was supposed to pay 39USD today to restart Denali real time services as shown in the Screenshot. I made a first payment of 39USD, but the website told me that I needed 78USD to reactivate the services, even though it said that it would only charge me 39USD. I made the second 39USD deposit, and when I hit restart, it automatically took 78USD. And now that I realized, 2 weeks ago I had the same problem. It told me that It would charge me 39USD at that moment, and 39USD on the 28th of February. When I activated the services, it charged me the full 78USD in that instant, leaving my balance at 75 cents. In short, I paid 154USD in two weeks for a service that should have cost me 78USD between the moment I made the first activation and today. Please, I would like a refund.

You are paying $78.00 instead of $39.00 as you have our Denali Exchange Data Feed setup for "2 systems". This allows you to get data to two different computers at the same time. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

And the reason you paid $78.00 two weeks ago and then again recently, is that the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So when you activated the exchange on February 18, 2025, you paid $78.00 to get the data for the remaining time in February. Then you needed to pay again on March 1, 2025, to get the data for the month of March.

There is nothing we can refund. These funds all go to the exchanges themselves per their rules, and they do not give refunds.
