I want to set up a separate VP for Dom VP in the US time period,US Volume Profile Separate from Asia and Europe time periods, and merge Dom VP in the Asia and Europe time period together. When the US time period starts, automatically clear the Asia and Europe VP on Dom,I trade ES NQ CL GC 6J

From the above, it sounds like the issue you have is in "clear[ing] the Asia and Europe VP on DOM". There is not a way to do this, except by "hiding" that study. You could create a custom study that does that for you. Refer to the following:
ACSIL Interface Members - Functions: sc.SetChartStudyHideStudy()

Use our New Zealand server for CME Group real-time data. Details are here:

Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special)

This is the ping time to your IP from our NZ server:
Pinging 209.97.160.90 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 209.97.160.90: bytes=32 time=124ms TTL=48
Reply from 209.97.160.90: bytes=32 time=123ms TTL=48
Reply from 209.97.160.90: bytes=32 time=123ms TTL=48
Reply from 209.97.160.90: bytes=32 time=123ms TTL=48

We only like to put servers in locations, where we have our own people. So we are able to directly maintain our equipment. We have no one in Asia.

Let us know if you are having any further issues with, the New Zealand server, for CME data. We see there are deleted postings.

Except for the problem with the New Zealand node, other problems were well supported and solved.

The latency of the ds40.sierra charts server is very large, even higher than the ds32.sierracharts Ping latency,The average ds40 is above 300ms, and even up to 800ms during peak hours.

I used the node monitoring test provided by the operator in 300 locations in China and monitored it continuously for one day. The Ping delay in China has never been lower than 320ms!

I also installed SC on local PCs in Shanghai and Beijing for testing. The latency of ds40 is higher than that of ds32. During peak hours, ds32 will experience lag and data loss, but at least it is normal outside of peak hours.

I understand that long geographical distance will cause high latency to the server, and there are many routing nodes passed through. ds32 Ping is 220-230ms, which is within the normal range!

The ds40 server is only 9,000 kilometers away from us, so why is the latency 50% higher than that of ds32? ds32 is a full 14,000 km away!

From DS 40 we did a ping to the IP address (in Hong Kong), that your latest posting is from and this is what we see:
ping 103.135.102.187

Pinging 103.135.102.187 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 103.135.102.187: bytes=32 time=150ms TTL=48
Reply from 103.135.102.187: bytes=32 time=150ms TTL=48
Reply from 103.135.102.187: bytes=32 time=150ms TTL=48
Reply from 103.135.102.187: bytes=32 time=150ms TTL=48

So the latency is just 150 ms. This is fine.

If there is 800 milliseconds round trip ping time it definitely indicates a problem with Internet connectivity somewhere along the path. There is not any problem with the Internet connectivity, for DS40. It is fine.

#4 #11 All the IP sources you pinged are wrong. These are our VPN, IDC Center Transit

These are VPN servers hosted in the IDC computer room, not the IP addresses of our actual local PCs.

This is the IP address of our region: 106.75.172.214

Yes we do see high latency to that IP. 293 ms round-trip.
