I am a returning Sierra chart customer after COVID. Small time and learning and want to trade MNQ. I was told to use base and CQG as per last time but see the rules have changed after I chose 3 months base and 1 month advanced. How can I cancel those incorrect choices and which one should I choose please? Sorry to be of trouble but I'm just unable to resolve this after several attempts.

You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to connect to trading and data services. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages To change your package, follow these instructions: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package After you change your package, you can then setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* And to connect to CQG, follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Definitively do not use CQG. Use Teton order routing (much better): Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I changed from CQG to Sierra Teton. I changed to an Integrated Package. Many thanks for your advice. In attempting Denali data feed, It has rejected the Agreement as the State/Province feed is blank. The only option I had being in Australia on my profile was to select "Not Applicable" but the field remains blank and this Agreement step is rejected. |

Hi, It appears now the issue with Denali Agreement has been resolved. I have followed instructions as best I can and when I ask to connect I receive the following Service Connection Error message" Teton CME Routing Connection Error: No Trade Accounts Assigned? Thank you |

I am requested to update (fully complete) my contact details. How do I resolve this issue of a blank State/Province field? See 2025-02-14 11:16:56 thread. |

The State/Province is only for U.S. and Canada, so having it blank is correct in your case. Is there something occurring for which that field being blank is causing you an issue?

Apologies for the late follow-up. It caused an issue with the onboarding of Denali as the agreement section failed due to me not having a post (zip) code. Support seemed to fix that onboarding step and allow me to access the Denali feed; however, the postcode blank field was not addressed. You understand from your comment that I, being in Australia, cannot insert one. I also receive messages to say my profile is incomplete, so that field needs to be addressed if the user is not in Canada or the USA. Thank you. |
