Data issue again.

Dear Support,

Again experiencing data issue.

Current date Mon 2025-02-10 12:48 UTC and my last 1 min bar data is Wed 2025-02-05 14:17.

Again not updated following chart opening.

Currently using NinjaTrader to trade and log has been forwarded to Engineering via "Account Support Ticket" but I'm just adding here in case it has not been noticed.

Same issue as "Wednesday 5th February 14:15 CST."

The one thing we want to point out is that you have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, but your "Verified Until" date is showing as "2025-02-05" (February 5, 2025). Therefore, you are not able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed as you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account recently and your Verified Until date is expired.

I'm with AMP. Why is that necessary?

Also all 3 exchange documents are current and signed along with the CME Non Professional Certification.

Everything on your account looks good right now. If you are still having a problem, then please tell us exactly what is occurring and then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
