Dear Support, Again experiencing data issue. Current date Mon 2025-02-10 12:48 UTC and my last 1 min bar data is Wed 2025-02-05 14:17. Again not updated following chart opening. Currently using NinjaTrader to trade and log has been forwarded to Engineering via "Account Support Ticket" but I'm just adding here in case it has not been noticed. Same issue as "Wednesday 5th February 14:15 CST." Many thanks. |
