The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. It works for SC Data - All Services, but when i flip it to Rithmic Direct DTC, it does not work! no data is showing, it just freezes the data, what is causing this and how do we fix this? because its really frustrating me and itw as working before the 27th

I am using Apex Trader, i only have 1 account with 3 evaluation in it, so I am not sure how to answer that questions exactly, but all the evaluation accounts are onnected to my main account APEX-75672 and i have already sign in with password, when i do all data stops, and it happened on the 27th which means before that i had no issues trading at all! it was going well. and i know its not APEX because i have been on there case for a week, so its something on Sierra Chart thats not working, what do you need to resolve this, my message logs? what can i do to help you find the problem so we can come up with the solution. already almost 5 days passed and its still not solved? do you need my message log? because its not working and I dont know how to fix this!
