Do you have any other live funded futures trading account to authorize the CME data that you have activated in your Sierra Chart account?

For now in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings, enter your Rithmic username and password in the Market Data and Historical Data username and password boxes.

After this reconnect with File >> Reconnect.

Also disable Trade Simulation Mode:
