Good Morning, I am trying to connect with Rithmic data. When I go to File -> Data/Trade Service Settings -> Main Settings, I am able to select Rithmic Direct - DTC [trading] as the current selected service. Underneath in the service settings I can select my server and enter my trading account details but I do not have the fields to enter my Market Data or Historical Data usernames or passwords. I have attached a screenshot in case this is unclear. I have updated SC, restarted etc... but haven't been able to find a fix. I don't think this is a problem with Rithmic but I'm not certain. My charts all come up blank, presumably because they have nowhere to pull the data from. The charts and data function normally in the Rithmic software. Thanks for your help. |

With version 2728 and higher, we no longer have connectivity with Rithmic for data. Therefore, you need to do one of the following: - Downgrade to version 2727 or lower to continue to use the Rithmic data.
