Good Morning,

I am trying to connect with Rithmic data.
When I go to File -> Data/Trade Service Settings -> Main Settings, I am able to select Rithmic Direct - DTC [trading] as the current selected service.

Underneath in the service settings I can select my server and enter my trading account details but I do not have the fields to enter my Market Data or Historical Data usernames or passwords. I have attached a screenshot in case this is unclear.

I have updated SC, restarted etc... but haven't been able to find a fix. I don't think this is a problem with Rithmic but I'm not certain.
My charts all come up blank, presumably because they have nowhere to pull the data from. The charts and data function normally in the Rithmic software.
