charts for lower time frames wont show for futures but will for forex.

Hi, I wanted to see if I could get some help with my current issue. My futures charts such as es,only seem to load higher time frames like the weekly and daily but wont load for my lower time frames(1min-1 hr). While all my other symbols like forex seem to working just fine. I have the #12 package for sierra and bought a funded account through topstep including their lvl 2 data. When I try to load es or other futures contracts in lower timeframes the price scale and the time scale both disappear, and dont show up later no matter how long i wait. The link I have posted below are screenshots of what my screen looks like the first is aud/cad on the 1 min time frame and the 2nd is es on the same time frame. Notice how the second shows nothing but a blank screen, that is how mines looks every time i try to load up any time frame from 1 min to 1hr. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1737398126164.png https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1737398167578.png Troubleshooting i've done *Disconnecting and reconnecting data feed *Deleted all data and download from the edit drop down menu *Set my storage to ticks So this is where i'm currently at right now, if anyone can help id really appreciate it I'm just trying to get my money's worth. |

Thanks for the response I tried downloading version 2686 of sc and still had the same issue using rithmic. But referencing the link you sent how would I link my sc data feed to my topstep account? Each timeI try the login for my topstep account disappears.

Hi I tried downloading multiple versions of SC before 2728 and now receive the message "Download Failed, Error downloading historical intraday data for ESH5.cme. Permission denied". This is on version 2725 with my current selceted service being rithmic. But when I switch it to sc data it works fine. None of these have resolved my issue im not sure whats happening. Im using rithmic as my service but sierra as my trading data, my higher time frames pop up but lower time frames just show a blank screen and no longer has the "permission denied" like I stated before. It's like the program wants to load it but cant, and this happens on previous versions of sierra as well. I've logged into rithmic to see if I needed to sign anything but nothing has showed. I've asked folks on reddit and they seem just as confused, I should be able to use denali while trading on my prop account but that doesnt seem to be the case here.

The first thing you need to understand is that you are NOT getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, nor have you ever been setup to get the data from us. As such, you are getting your data from Rithmic. With version 2728 and higher, we no longer support data from Rithmic, therefore you need to do one of the following two things: - Downgrade to version 2727 or lower (2726 was suggested earlier). You will then be able to get the Rithmic data. Refer to the following for how to select a specific version to update/downgrade to: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure - Setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed to get the CME Group data from us. Follow the instructions at the following link for this: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Keep in mind that in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional exchange rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges -- Once you have worked out whichever option above, if you continue to have an issue, then let us know and we will move forward from there.
