Hi, I wanted to see if I could get some help with my current issue. My futures charts such as es,only seem to load higher time frames like the weekly and daily but wont load for my lower time frames(1min-1 hr). While all my other symbols like forex seem to working just fine. I have the #12 package for sierra and bought a funded account through topstep including their lvl 2 data. When I try to load es or other futures contracts in lower timeframes the price scale and the time scale both disappear, and dont show up later no matter how long i wait. The link I have posted below are screenshots of what my screen looks like the first is aud/cad on the 1 min time frame and the 2nd is es on the same time frame. Notice how the second shows nothing but a blank screen, that is how mines looks every time i try to load up any time frame from 1 min to 1hr. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1737398126164.png https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1737398167578.png Troubleshooting i've done *Disconnecting and reconnecting data feed *Deleted all data and download from the edit drop down menu *Set my storage to ticks So this is where i'm currently at right now, if anyone can help id really appreciate it I'm just trying to get my money's worth. |
