The first thing you need to understand is that you are NOT getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, nor have you ever been setup to get the data from us. As such, you are getting your data from Rithmic. With version 2728 and higher, we no longer support data from Rithmic, therefore you need to do one of the following two things: - Downgrade to version 2727 or lower (2726 was suggested earlier). You will then be able to get the Rithmic data. Refer to the following for how to select a specific version to update/downgrade to: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure - Setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed to get the CME Group data from us. Follow the instructions at the following link for this: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Keep in mind that in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional exchange rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
