Hello, I'm trying to place a trade in my real money account but every time I place the trade it automatically kicks me out and switches to my simulation account. I'm also receiving an error message when I open Sierra Chart that my Denali real-time data feed account was deactivated due to insufficient funds. I have added funds and reactivate it but I continue to receive the same message (I'm not sure if these 2 problems are related).
Thanks,
Rodrigo

These are not related.

The reason you are getting switched to Simulation Mode when placing an order is that you are not connected to your live trading account. Make sure you have the settings in the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" set properly for your live trading account. Right now, you must be set to "SC Data - All Services".

You will continue to get any User Messages (such as the exchange being deactivated) until you hide the message. You can do this on the Control Panel for your account on our website. The messages will be listed at the top of the page with a "Hide" button just below each. Select the Hide button to remove each message you want to no longer display.
