Hello, I'm trying to place a trade in my real money account but every time I place the trade it automatically kicks me out and switches to my simulation account. I'm also receiving an error message when I open Sierra Chart that my Denali real-time data feed account was deactivated due to insufficient funds. I have added funds and reactivate it but I continue to receive the same message (I'm not sure if these 2 problems are related). Thanks, Rodrigo |
