Hi, I just bought the data from package 3 because I'm still practicing but this time I don't understand why I don't see the graphs. For example I don't see the footprint and the market profile anymore. Last time I bought the same package 3 and I didn't have this problem. Thanks

The Numbers Bars and Market Profile are only available on the "Advanced" packages. So you would need to be on Package 5 (Base Advanced) in order to have access to those studies. You were previously on Package 5. Follow these instructions to change your package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-01-02 20:27:40

ok thank you very much. Solved. One last thing: I updated sierra to the latest version but when I open the platform the message at the beginning tells me that I still have to update. Why? Thanks

It depends on what message exactly. If this is the "System Messages" then it is most likely just a generic notice of needing to be on a current release for some reason. But if you are getting a message that states you need to update and the system takes you to the update software, then this would indicate something not right for sone reason. Please let us know exactly what message you are getting and what is states. I attach the photos so that I can be clearer. In particular I updated and then opening Sierra it tells me to update again.

That is an older system message. You can ignore it. Those do not know anything about what version you are actually running, it is there to make sure that people do update in order to be able to get continue to get that data.

You do not have real-time data on Package 5, at least not for the CME Group. You can only have real-time data for FOREX, CFD, Crypto Currency, and Market Statistics while on one of the "Base" packages. In order to get real-time data for the CME Group, as well as to be able to connect to a trading account, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing Then refer to the information for how to change your package at the following link: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package -- The first thing you need to understand about the real-time CME Group data is that in order to get the data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges As long as the live account you will be connecting to is one we support, then that will be fine for the above. But you will need to have the account open prior to going through the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you will need to enter your Clearing Firm and Account Number in the process of setting up the data. To actually get the data, follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* -- We recommend using our Teton Order Routing Service if you are only trading the CME Group. Refer to the following, noting the list of supported brokers at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Be aware that we do not have connectivity to get data for the CME Group and EUREX from CQG and Rithmic. So if you are using either of these for your order routing you will still need to get the data from our Denali feed.
