You do not have real-time data on Package 5, at least not for the CME Group. You can only have real-time data for FOREX, CFD, Crypto Currency, and Market Statistics while on one of the "Base" packages. In order to get real-time data for the CME Group, as well as to be able to connect to a trading account, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing Then refer to the information for how to change your package at the following link: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package -- The first thing you need to understand about the real-time CME Group data is that in order to get the data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges As long as the live account you will be connecting to is one we support, then that will be fine for the above. But you will need to have the account open prior to going through the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you will need to enter your Clearing Firm and Account Number in the process of setting up the data.
