Bien cordialement

From Google Translate:
Hello, after trading this afternoon in SIM, I came back to my charts around 8:30 p.m. my DOM reset to 0 without any intervention on my part. I have the same problem as last time, I can no longer place orders and the following messages appear (attachments) and this without any intervention on my part, how is this possible?
I have not changed anything and made no corrections since my last message, everything was in order when I started this afternoon?
Best regards

We do not know what you mean by "my DOM reset to 0 without any intervention on my part." The image looks fine and we do not see anything that looks like a zero position. It does look like the Trade DOM has been moved and is not showing the current price, but you can resolve that by resetting the scales.

As to the trading, you are getting the following error in your log:
Trade Order Error - Cannot submit non-simulated order when in Trade Simulation Mode

Your system is in Trade Simulation Mode, but you have a non-simulation account selected, so when you try to place an order, you are getting that message. If you want to trade live, then select "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode" to remove the checkmark next to that option - turning off Trade Simulation Mode.

From Google Translate:
I meant: When I left my computer I was at +$2300 in sim and when I got back in front of the computer the box went to 0 and it was impossible to get out of my position.
I didn't change anything, I didn't go to real, last Wednesday it was the same thing. (Error messages etc...)
Today, I finally managed to get out of my position using the short menu with my mouse on the graph, the behavior of the graph is not normal in the sense that I didn't change anything when using sierra charts I'm still in sim.

From the image you gave us, the issue is that you have a live account selected and not the simulation account. Note that the account that shown is "Emmanuel Brauer". This is why the P/L is showing zero, as there are no trades for the selected account.

We can not say why the account changed. It could have been that the field was selected and the scroll wheel was moved, changing the selected account. But in the end, that is the source of the issues you are having.

The P/L was over $2000, I had a sell position and suddenly my P/L went to 0 but my position remained active without being able to remove it and error messages appeared each time I clicked in the DoM,

This is because you selected a different account. When this occurred, it is then showing you the information for that selected account, not for the other account that you were working with.

To solve, this you needed to re-select the proper account on the Trade Window.

From Google Translate:
I didn't change anything, I didn't select that it's done without my intervention like Wednesday,
Wednesday I was at the hotel with a wireless mouse and in wifi today I'm at home with a wired mouse and ethernet connection.
If I had any doubts about my behavior I wouldn't have contacted you

We can not say why your account was changed. We can see in the image that the selected account in the Trade Window is not a simulation account, and that is why you are seeing what you are.

Our guess is that the field was selected and the scroll wheel used on the mouse, which changed the account. But there are other possibilities. It would not have changed due to anything within Sierra Chart itself.
