Chart Selected Tab Color and Chart Tab Color will not change.

Hello, I have referred to the Global Graphic Settings Documentation and changed the colors for Chart Selected Tab Color, Text Color, and Border Color, as well as Chart Tab Color and Chart Tab Text Color. The Chart Selected Tab Text and Tab Border colors function properly. The Chart Selected Tab Color and the Chart Tab Color will not change. They are set to the same color as Chart Tab Control Background Color but do not reflect it and are still an off white. Is there a solution to this? My other question is Where can I change the compact tool value window colors to match the control bar background as well? We are not seeing any issues with changing the "Chart Selected Tab Color" or the "Chart Tab Color". When we change these, the tabs update appropriately. I am trying to change the Chart Tab Background color to match the darker blue surrounding it. I can change the text color fine, but the chart tab background refuses to be visibly change even though in the Global Graphic Settings it shows the bark blue as being selected.

I am also trying to make the compact Tool Value window background dark blue as well I just cannot find the setting.

Attached is an image of the "Chart Tab Color" changed to pink and then selecting Apply to apply it to the non-selected tabs. Let us know if you are changing this item and the non-selected tabs are not updating after you select Apply. The background for the Compact Tool Values Window is controlled through the "Chart Values Window Background Color". Yes, I have changed the "Chart Tab Color" to different colors and select apply but it remains the same off white color.

In the configuration file you gave, all three of these colors are set to 21, 27, 53 (RGB color values). So they are all the same color. So they are all going to look the same. Yes those are the RGB values I have chosen. It should be a navy blue color. It is an off white instead. I have the Chart Tab Control Background Color also set to 21, 27, 53 RGB and it displays as a Navy Blue. I can change the Chart Tab Text color to any color. I cannot change the Chart Tab Color or the Chart Selected Tab Color to any color. It stays white.
