Yes those are the RGB values I have chosen. It should be a navy blue color. It is an off white instead. I have the Chart Tab Control Background Color also set to 21, 27, 53 RGB and it displays as a Navy Blue. I can change the Chart Tab Text color to any color. I cannot change the Chart Tab Color or the Chart Selected Tab Color to any color. It stays white.
