Daily chart not loading

Hello, out of nowhere, my daily chart is not loading any data. I have not changed any settings as far as I know. All of a sudden it only displays the current day's bar, no previous history. All of my other charts are loading fine

For that Daily chart, what is "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Days to Load for Historical Chart Data Type" set to?

The first thing is to make sure your chart is not scrolled all the way to the left, such that you are only viewing the most current bar. Refer to the following:
Working With Charts: Scrolling The Chart and Right Side Fill Space

If the above is not it, then with that chart active, please select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Let us know if this does not resolve your issue.

Yea I had tried both of those. And I just did again. Still did not work. Here is the message log I get when I tried to "Delete all data and download"

You are running Sierra Chart apparently on some remote storage device. Do not do this! It is already completely failing for you.

Remove Sierra Chart from there completely.

Relevant error:

Install Sierra Chart in its default location C:\SierraChart or some other physical drive on your system.

Ok, I didn't realize that. If I uninstalled and reinstalled Sierra Chart, how can I make sure I have all the same templates when I reinstall?
