You are running Sierra Chart apparently on some remote storage device. Do not do this! It is already completely failing for you.

Remove Sierra Chart from there completely.

Relevant error:
C:\Users\ssang\OneDrive\Desktop\SierraChart\Data\NQU4.CME.dly. Error: Windows error code 395: Access to the cloud file is denied.


Install Sierra Chart in its default location C:\SierraChart or some other physical drive on your system.
