Each time I place a trade, all my charts freeze and it starts to download historical data, once all data is downloaded and my charts unfreeze and I try to cancel my order I get the following error message from the trade service log " 2024-08-01 07:31:32.003 | Order cancellation failed | Still awaiting acknowledgment of new order. Unable to cancel order. Internal Order ID: 94991. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: MNQU4.cme. Account: FTT-RALLY-4302 * 2024-08-01 07:32:36.404 | Requesting order status for non-responsive order. Time since last action: 64.0 seconds | Symbol: MNQU4.cme | TradeAccount: FTT-RALLY-4302 | InternalOrderID: 94991 | Current Status: Order Sent * 2024-08-01 07:33:06.432 | Trade Order Error - Order timed-out waiting for response from service/exchange server. Internal Order ID: 94991. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: MNQU4.cme. Account: FTT-RALLY-4302 * " Please advise. I contacted the prop firm FTT and they said it has nothing to do with them. |

We really do not understand why there is so much use of Rithmic, with so many problems. This is a Rithmic issue. We cannot help with this, and we are happy to give you a refund and we have no idea why Rithmic is being used with such absurd ridiculous problems like this. This is a completely unacceptable issue. You should immediately terminate the use of Rithmic. This is never going to get solved. We have no control over this, and our board is full of Rithmic issues. We should just terminate Rithmic ourselves. Please discontinue Rithmic and we can give you a refund. We do not want to hear further about this. Unfortunately, the prop firm i trade with only uses rithmic. I will reach out to rithmic to see what is going on. Thank you for evaluating the issue.
