Each time I place a trade, all my charts freeze and it starts to download historical data, once all data is downloaded and my charts unfreeze and I try to cancel my order I get the following error message from the trade service log " 2024-08-01 07:31:32.003 | Order cancellation failed | Still awaiting acknowledgment of new order. Unable to cancel order. Internal Order ID: 94991. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: MNQU4.cme. Account: FTT-RALLY-4302 * 2024-08-01 07:32:36.404 | Requesting order status for non-responsive order. Time since last action: 64.0 seconds | Symbol: MNQU4.cme | TradeAccount: FTT-RALLY-4302 | InternalOrderID: 94991 | Current Status: Order Sent * 2024-08-01 07:33:06.432 | Trade Order Error - Order timed-out waiting for response from service/exchange server. Internal Order ID: 94991. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: MNQU4.cme. Account: FTT-RALLY-4302 * " Please advise. I contacted the prop firm FTT and they said it has nothing to do with them.
