denial data feed live but historical data not loading

Hi team, I have just got a futures trading account linked to get the real time data feed, however all the historical data is not coming through. States: Download Failed: Error downloading historical intraday data for CLQ24_FUT-CMR & ESU24_FUT_CME. the network socket has been closed. Retrying download. I know we changed the server as we are in Thailand, but as we now have a live account linked for the denial exchange I am not sure if I need to remove that or update to something else.
